Refreshments and light bites are available in UMA Sky Deck (charged separately), with the option for our butlers to assist with restaurant reservations, should you wish to extend your visit and indulge in one of the award-winning dining experiences within the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

Please present the TICKET issued within the App upon arrival at the venue.
Doors open 09:30 AM at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge, and tours start and end there.

• Arrival: Please arrive at the ticket lounge 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
• Tour Duration: Approximately 90 minutes, and includes access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only.
• Tour Schedule: Tours start from 10:00 AM onwards, every 30 minutes, until 07:00 PM (last tour begins at 07:00 PM).
• Parking: Ticket holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Age Restriction

• Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Adult tickets apply to individuals from the age of 13.
• Children 0 - 3 years of age can enter for free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required.

Dress Code & Etiquette

• Respectful clothing (smart casual attire) is mandatory. Knee-length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed.
• No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted.
• No photography is allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab, the main Atrium or on the first floor.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab in-house guests whilst in public spaces.
• Additional drinks and food are available for purchase, along with a full bar that may require a minimum spend.
• UMA Lounge access: From 11:00 AM and minimum spend may apply.
• If you have booked an onward dining experience please consult individual restaurants for specific dress code information.
